If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Platform.

3. Eligibility and Registration

  • Users must provide accurate and complete registration information

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials

3.2 Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

  • You may not share your account credentials with others

  • You may not create multiple accounts for the same individual

4. Course Access and Content

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Do not share personal student information or violate privacy

  • All user-generated content must be appropriate for an educational environment

  • Discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate content is prohibited

  • Commercial solicitation or spam is not permitted

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

10.1 Educational Disclaimer

  • TeacherA courses provide general guidance on AI tools and techniques

  • Implementation of AI tools should comply with your institution's policies

  • We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes or student performance improvements

  • Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

  • AI tools and technologies are rapidly evolving

  • Course content reflects current best practices but may become outdated

  • We do not warrant the continuous availability of third-party AI services

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TeacherA, Melingo AI, Britannica Education, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform or course content

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any third-party rights

  • Your implementation of AI tools in your educational practice

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by User

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@teachera.com

  • Termination does not entitle you to a refund of paid fees

13.2 Termination by TeacherA

  • We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms
